Return Policy
You have 15 days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unwashed
- Items must contain all tags and labels
- Items must be returned in original packaging
If we receive your return request within the 15 day timeline, we’ll send you a return label.
Refund Policy
Once we receive the item(s), we’ll inspect to ensure all conditions stated in our “Return Policy” are met. If your return is approved, we’ll notify you of the approved status and immediately initiate a refund to your original payment method. Note: transactions reflected in your account may vary depending on payment method and banking institution.
